Join to hear about and follow my family’s move from the United States to India.
We are a pretty normal family of 6 that decided to take a year off from the grind and do something extraordinary. It was scary and difficult but here we are. Are you longing for adventure, excitement, and maybe a bit of ringworm? You’ve heard the phrase, “if I could do it, then so could you.” Well guess what, it’s true in this case. Follow along with me while I tell you why we did it, how we did it, and what daily life here looks like, so you can have a blueprint for doing it too. Or, if you prefer to just live a little vicariously (and without the ringworm) then follow along for some humor and candid cultural observations from an American family living in India.
I will be posting at least once each week, maybe more if this cream works quickly, or if something interesting or funny happens.
Isn’t this gorgeous? I was standing there in real life and I still can’t believe how incredible this is. Please subscribe and and join our adventure.
This amazing young writer is my daughter. She's also my Erma Bombeck. When her and my son (in law) took off to India with four of my beautiful, intelligent, resourceful grandkids I didn't know what to expect. I am amazed and delighted by her up-close-and-personal view of a country of beauty and wonder. This is your window into an unusually honest and humorous adventure to India. You might also enjoy reading (and viewing) their foods from India cooking blog Paattiskitchen.com as you'll find it one if the best. I hope you'll enjoy these as much as I am.
Wow that’s so deep
